Business Partners
The Kachemak Nordic Ski Club appreciates all of our business partners. Some businesses contribute cash and some give in-kind contributions of goods or services. The cash is valuable because it is needed for our general operating costs. The in-kind contributions allow us to do more with the cash that we receive. Some business owners are also skiers and have combined their business and family memberships. Other businesses contribute to support the skiing community. Homer has incredible skiing opportunities and great potential for winter tourism.
The Banner Club - $1000 or more Cash Donation or In-Kind Contribution
Businesses that contribute $1000 or more in cash or in-kind contributions in one ski season are in The Banner Club. Banners have been posted on the tunnel fencing at the Lookout Mountain Nordic Ski Area. Businesses that donate $5000 or more will have a banner of their own. This is the first season we have recognized our large business donors. As more businesses contribute we will add more banners to the fencing.

T-shirt Sponsor 2010: $200 Cash Donation
2010 is the first season we have a T-shirt to sell at events. Local skier, Kathy Sarns, of FreeSpiritWear.com donated the design and her expertise to make this project happen. The following businesses donated at least $200 cash and their names are listed on the back of the t-shirt. Buy a t-shirt for $15 at an event or at Free Spirit located at 1213 Ocean Drive, Suite No. 3, Homer. You can call Free Spirit toll free at 1-877-842-3429. All proceeds from T-shirt sales go to KNSC.
